Delivery
Deadlines: Due to our computerised workflow and manufacturing,
we will manufacture and despatch all orders completed (Order
received, artwork approved and paid) before
3pm the same day for a NEXT DAY delivery (see below for weekend
details).
Orders received
after 3pm on a Friday or over a weekend will be proofed/manufactured
on Monday and despatched for Tuesday delivery.
Postage: Orders are despatched via First class
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to UK addresses FREE of charge.
Other delivery methods are available (Special Delivery, Courier etc)
at additional cost, but unless your order is extremley urgent, this
should be fine.
Note: We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal
service or couriers.
Change of mind: If, after ordering, you change your
mind about a stamp, we will refund all monies paid to us.
After you have approved
your proof, we will have manufactured your stamp and therefore cannot
make refunds execpt in the case of manufacturing defects.
Payment Methods
When you have chosen your Funky Stamper and Ink Colour...
On-Line: The quickest and easiest way to ensure your
stamp arrives as quickly as possible.
We use a secure server (SSL) linked to the PayPal payment service for
a very secure, reliable payment system. So far this has worked
extremely well for all of our clients.
Cheque: If you would prefer to pay by cheque, once
you have approved your proof, please post a cheque (payable to 'Funky
Concepts Limited'). On receipt of your cheque we will manufacture and
despatch your stamp. There is a delay in this service whilst we wait
for the arrival of your cheque/payment to clear.
Credit Account: We may consider to offer limited account
facilities on a 30 day basis.
This facility
is only available to VAT registered businesses.
